Some before and after pictures of a residential floor in Shelby Twp. Although it appears well adhered it was not bonded to 100% concrete failure (this means the coating would separate from the concrete before the concrete would separate from itself) so we removed it wit PCD tooling before blasting and edge grinding.
This is a 3 coat system (25 MIL) in Mocha Latte with standard chip and a finish cote of high wear urethane.

Industrial floor. Planetary grind, shot blast bare concrete, patch, prime and top cote with metro M-300 tinted White Knight Grey. Decorative chip, #24 White aluminum oxide, and safety yellow accents.

Beverly Hills residential floor. Shotblast, patch, 2 coat epoxy system in standard grey with black, white, and blue chip and #24 white aluminum oxide for non-skid.

Removal of epoxy urethane system. Patch, 2 coats epoxy, (22 mil DFT), with chip, aluminum oxide, and yellow aisle striping (4")

Garage floor. Removal , shot blast, patch, 2 coats epoxy with an alternate color on step. Heavy broadcast chip (not to rejection).
