I would like to inform everyone that in the upcoming months, I will no longer be operating as a Matco Tools franchise distributor. After careful consideration, Matco Tools and I have mutually agreed to part ways, and I will be transitioning out of the business.
I sincerely appreciate the support, loyalty, and relationships that I have built with each of you throughout the years. It has been a privilege serving you and your businesses.
Please be advised that all outstanding truck account balances remain the responsibility of the account holder. Any balances currently owed must continue to be paid according to the agreed terms. Failure to satisfy outstanding obligations may result in collection efforts and, if necessary, legal action to recover unpaid balances.
