Season checkups catch trailer trouble early.

Pull one wheel, inspect the bearings, brakes, and seal area, then look for heat, grease leaks, or uneven wear. If anything feels rough or runs hot, it is time to replace the parts before the next haul.

Need the right Dexter hub or brake parts? Call Okie Trailer, and we will help you match it up.

If you’re swapping hubs or drums, don’t skip the boring part: the bearing numbers.

Pull the old bearings and read the stamp (inner + outer). That’s the fastest way to match the right Dexter hub/drum kit.

Not sure what you’re looking at? Send us a photo of the bearing stamp and your bolt pattern and we’ll help you get it right the first time.

Hauling horses (or anything heavy) is no place for “good enough.”

Before a long pull, do a quick walk-around:
• Tires: cracks, low tread, uneven wear
• Hubs: any grease sling or heat after towing
• Brakes: pulling to one side, squeal, or weak stopping

If you’re not sure what you’re seeing, message us a pic and we’ll help you match the right Dexter parts.
