Build Grow Play is stoked to introduce Nate LaVigueur, the newest addition to our crew.

If you’ve spotted a new bloke framing up on a project or throwing sparks on custom steel lately, say g'day. Nate’s a local islander with a serious background in precision metalwork and structural welding. We wanted him on the team because he sweats every millimeter - the exact standard we demand on all our projects - and because he’s just a genuinely great guy!

He’s already been diving in across some of our projects, helping push a custom barn over the line, framing out our new workshop, and - as captured here at beer o’clock with Phil - sorting a timber retaining wall to improve machinery access at our base.

Here at Build Grow Play, we’re proud of delivering top-tier craftsmanship while treating every neighbor's home with total respect. Nate is the perfect fit, and we couldn’t be happier to have him aboard!
