Wonderful humans helping wonderful humans!

We had a great time serving lunch to Hilltop Neighborhood House’s staff, volunteers, and neighbors this week! 🍔 Thank you for having us and for all that you do for the community!

Good service starts with showing up—and continues long after the equipment is installed.

I’m Herb Stepherson, founder of Fortune Fintech, right here in Valparaiso. I built this business around something simple: business owners deserve someone who answers their questions, follows through, and cares about how their business is doing.

When your checkout stops working, you need a person you can reach and trust to help.

That’s why we provide hands-on installation, training, statement reviews, and ongoing support. From choosing the right payment system to finding opportunities to lower costs, I’m here to help you make informed decisions.

I’m grateful for every business owner who trusts us—and every introduction that helps us serve another neighbor.

Ready to find out whether you’re overpaying or using outdated equipment? Schedule a complimentary review of your processing statement or payment system today. We’ll identify potential savings, answer your questions, and recommend practical next steps—with no pressure and no obligation.

🍀 This is why Fortune Fintech is powered by Payroc—a full-service processor that gives us the tools to better serve YOUR business.

From countertop terminals and complete point-of-sale systems to mobile payments, online payments, invoicing, and business funding options, our partnership allows us to tailor solutions around how you operate.

Pair that with Fortune Fintech’s local, hands-on service, and you have a partner who shows up. We help you choose your setup, get comfortable using it, and work through questions long after installation.

The technology behind your payments matters. So do the people standing behind your business.
