FOR SALE: 2012 Shasta Revere 29RKSS. Front bedroom, middle living, rear kitchen with a super slide.
This camper overall is amazingly preserved. It's the last camper for sale that came from a "End of World" type refuge that was never used, and the group of people are now selling off the property. It literally has never been slept in.
All the furniture has no wear at all. There is plastic that still covers the bed and the original manufacturer tags are on the refrigerator and microwave.
It has a nice layout as well. It can sleep up to six people, but it is really ideal for a single person or couple in my opinion depending on your use case. Short weekend trips with the family ok max it out, but long term it will be more comfortable with just a couple.
It has a front bedroom with a queen size bed, and two doors one leading to the bathroom area, and one that leads into the living area. The under bed storage leads to the front outside storage so if you need to grab something you could.
The bathroom also has two doors one leading to the bedroom and one which enters into a hallway that takes you to the living room as well. It has a nice large shower with a glass door, vanity, mirror, large skylight in the shower, and electric exhaust vent in the middle of the roof pretty much right over the toilet.
The living area is very open with two swiveling chairs on the passenger side of the camper with a bay window facing the awning.
The couch is comfy, has big pillows, and folds out into a full size bed. It has a large entertainment center that can hold up to a 55” flat screen television, and it also houses the radio controls.
The radio has a usb, sd card slot, cd, radio, and aux plug. You also have A,B, and C speaker controls to control the surround sound in the living room, bedroom, and outside speakers. Outside has both cable and satellite plugs on the driver side of the camper right where the entertainment center is located.
The Kitchen and Dining area is made to be used unlike a lot of campers. You have a double sink, large counter space with plenty of storage space above and below, the gas stove has never been used as well as the microwave and refrigerator. The dining table is a big U-shaped table that turns into a full size bed close to four and half feet by five and close to six feet long.
The camper was closed up for ten years and does have a small soft spot about a foot or so in diameter near the fridge, but we have since re-sealed the roof and no water has penetrated during the rains this past month.
It is road worthy. All four hub, electric brakes, rims, and tires where also replaced after having one of the tires blow out during transport off the refuge along with the front axle being replaced.
All the jacks grease was dried due to sitting and not being used so we had them all changed out as well.
It has a generator and storage rack in the back, but was bent when the tire blew out. It still slides in and out, but slightly bent.
All in all it is a great value considering its age and asking price. Just knowing it has never been slept in by anyone is a huge upside.
