2022-23 Toyota Tundra 6" Suspension Systems

ICON is proud to introduce a range of 6-inch Complete Suspension System "Stage" kits for 2022 and newer Toyota Tundra. All feature our high clearance 4-inch drop front crossmember kit including a differential skid plate and ductile iron steering knuckles. The crossmember and knuckles drop the front differential 4 inches to preserve CV-joint operating angles, achieving maximum travel while being safe on components and providing great handling characteristics both on- and off-road.

We've pre-configured nine Stages of suspension systems to meet just about any level of performance expectations and budget. Spacer-based Stage 1 retains the stock front coilovers and rear springs to economically fit up to 37" tires. At the other end of the spectrum our fully loaded Stage 9 features a full complement of billet control arms along with ICON 2.5 VS Coilovers and Shocks featuring cutting-edge CDEV electronic performance technology. Every Stage of our 6-Inch Tundra Systems includes all of the necessary drop brackets, spacers or mounts needed to allow bind-free movement of both the front and rear suspension to coax maximum performance out of every component in the kit.
KEY FEATURES
All ICON 6-Inch Subframe Suspension Systems for 2022 and newer Toyota Tundra feature:
Designed to fit 37" tires with full articulation (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required)
Optimized suspension geometry nearly eliminates the bump steer found in stock Tundras
Maintains factory track width
Hight clearance front crossmembers and front skid plate, CNC Laser Cut and brake-formed from 1/4-inch steel plate, provides 6" front suspension lift with only 4" of crossmember drop
Single piece high-strength ductile iron steering knuckles
Sway bar drop brackets to reduce bind in OE sway bar links
Front and rear heavy-duty bump stop brackets
Includes high angle outer tie-roads with durable, metal on metal greaseable tie rod ends
Replaceable steering stops
Improved rear sway bar links and mounts, and rear track bar bracket to reduce bind in the rear suspension

TECH NOTES
The following tech and fitment data applies to all of these Suspension System Stages:
OEM Wheels & Tires Fitment: No
Recommended Aftermarket Wheels: ICON Alloys | 20x9" w/ 5.625” Backspace / 16mm Offset
Recommended Aftermarket Tires: 37" x 12.50" (Larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required.)
