3D printed bike helmets 🤯

1. The first helmet was made using generative design. The mesh is made to maximize shock absorption but remain lightweight.

The outer layer cushions impact, while the underlying hard layer protects your skull. Both parts of the helmet use materials and modeling techniques that help them fulfill their requirements while being extremely lightweight, so you never really even feel like you’ve got a helmet on your head! 2. The second helmet is made by 🔥 It’s the worlds first custom fit helmet. Built on a honeycomb structure that’s 26% safer than traditional foam helmets. Each Hexr is crafted to the exact contours of the riders head!

Both of these products really stood out to us and just proves how cool 3D printing technology really is!!
