People always ask me what it means when I say we do "machine builds". This picture is a perfect example... steel, hydraulics, electronics. Multiple complex pieces coming together for a final product.

We are looking for a full-time Waterjet Operator. We are willing to train the right candidate for this position. The right candidate would need to have the following skills:

1. Familiar with computers

2. Able to become certified and drive a forklift safely.

3. Must be well organized and able to multi-task

4. Must have attention to detail.

5. Must be able to problem solve.

6. Must be able to measure parts with a tape measure and other tools.

7. Must be able to work safely with other employees and equipment.

8. Candidate must have a take initiative attitude but be willing to take direction from supervisor.

This position is a 7:00-3:30 time frame with some overtime required.

Candidate will be loading heavy metal plates onto the waterjet machine with a forklift. After securing the plates, the candidate will use computer software to run a nesting program to cut out programmed designs. Candidate will unload cut out patterns after the program finishes and stack or load them for further processing.

This is a very physical job with some heavy manual labor at times. Candidate needs to be able to stand for long periods as well as move 50-100 pounds regularly.

We are a custom manufacturing facility that requires each department to work dependently with the other to move product and material throughout all phases of a required project. It is important that the candidate can commit to at least 40 hours a week and be ready to work by 7:00 am.

We have an opening for a Press Brake Operator! Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: Setup and safely operate CNC Press Brakes to process/produce highest quality products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Setup and document tooling and safe practices for Press Brake operations

• Verify accuracy of machine settings to confirm accurate tolerances and machine functions.

• Operators will be required to maintain accurate parts and motivation on routine repetitive jobs.

• During operations Operator will be required to maintain cleanliness of the machine.

• In process checks will be required by the operator to maintain all required tolerances and quality. • Completes all required safety procedures prior to and during operations.

• Communicates all production related items to next shift operators or shift supervisors.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Responsible for operation, proving programs, operating controls, setting all machine functions, deburring and inspection of parts to assure conformance will be required.

• Must be able to work from drawings and sketches, read and understand manuals/specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished products, sequence of operations and set up requirements.

• Skilled in organizing work area before and after parts are processed, stacking completed parts properly on blocks or pallet to eliminate double handling and work efficiently

• Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine within capabilities. Reports all machine malfunctions to Management.

• Ability to calculate, blank sizes, bend locations, appropriate tonnage and tooling for each part being formed

• Communicates with management, production control, quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues.

• May perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Fork lift experience needed.
