💪 Introducing The Event Workout — because setting up AV gear is a full-body workout.

1. Equipment Farmer's Carry - 10+ laps depending upon size of the venue.
2. Staging Deadlifts – a two-person carry and squat, 3-4 reps.
3. Cable Sprints – lay out all audio and power cables and in your 2nd rep secure them all with gaffer tape.
4. Lighting Presses – raise those fixtures overhead, 4+ reps.
5. Speaker Step-Ups – increase the weight, raise the speakers overhead, 4+ reps.

In 2-6 hours, do it all in reverse!

We were honored to be a small part of a beautiful Celebration of Life at Mission Santa Inés for a long-time local family in Solvang. Richmond Productions provided sound systems for recorded and live music that resounded through the sanctuary.
