Qimura's Engines Rebuilt Japanese Engiines
follow us on Instagram Here we concentrate on pure Japanese engines, especially Toyota's, Nissan's and Honda's.

Our main three are the 22 re's Ka24 E/de, 3vzs

All Engines are machined bored, honed and resurface. Each comes with new pistons, rings, bearings, timing kit (heavy duty for the 22re's ) oil pump, gasket set, grind valves and seats and new valve seals. Rod bushings for those that have them. All engine's comes with 1 year UNLIMITED MILE WARRANTY. After the engine is assembled, each cylinder is tes

ted with a leak down tester to make sure its holding the right compression. Plus plastigage check to insure the good oil clearance on the bearings.

This was the typical factory defects on the # and

Toyota changed to timing belt for a bit but that required maintenance. Nissan used it on the v6 . Than they started using that type of tenssioners with the stopper and the engine lasted much longer. The engines would chain would come for a rebuilt due to overheating issues and had more than 280k miles and the chain rails were minor worn.

Getting back the core (old engine) from this nice 4 runner. Took it apart and the root of the problem started with a dry cam start. Wore it out and particle went through the filter. Seen this happened the last 17 years on oem or after market. Always Prelube and break in your new cam or check for damaged rocker arms
