We are a FUN and intentionally OTHERS-FOCUSED environment. We’ve accomplished this in part by creating a unique 1-on-1 mentoring program called ‘The TNP Mentoring Pipeline’, to develop and grow our staff, both professionally and personally. TNP is a professional civil engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture firm with offices in Fort Worth, Dallas, and Denton, Texas. Since 1976, TNP has been providing services to governmental and private sector entities throughout North Texas. Our staff of approximately 125 employees is organized into client-centered design teams comprised of engineers and other technical specialists. We have a long-standing reputation for providing quality, reliable designs and responsive services to each of our clients. Our servant leadership management philosophy is rooted in principles of honesty, integrity, respect, and the highest ethical standards. We strive to build long-term relationships with clients, and we offer them value through our commitment to deliver quality services and to respond quickly to their needs.

Each year, TNP proudly participates in the Texas Floodplain Management Association’s campaign to help raise awareness about the risks associated with flooding and the critical importance of flood preparedness. We are honored to support flood safety initiatives across Texas by designing and implementing resilient stormwater infrastructure that safeguards the communities we serve!

We’re honored to share that the Snider Plaza Improvements Project has been named an APWA Project of the Year in the Transportation / Historic Restoration & Preservation category.

This award celebrates years of thoughtful planning, collaboration, and investment in one of University Park’s most iconic gathering places- enhancing safety, accessibility, sustainability, and infrastructure while preserving the Plaza’s historic character for generations to come.

TNP is proud to have served as part of the engineering design team alongside Catalyst Group and Space Between Design Studios, and to work with SYB Construction, GPSI, and the many partners who brought this vision to life. Most importantly, thank you to the City of University Park for its leadership, commitment to the community, and dedication to excellence in public works.
