Custom retirement plaque for CBP Honor Guard member

Rear spring shackle mount replacement on travel trailer. Ripped off frame from poor welds and potholes. Customer drove several hundred miles before break was discovered. Added new shackle and welded 1/4" thick gusset plates on for added support and strength.
