We have been honored to be part of this network from the day we opened, December 16, 1996. We are once again in attendance this year in Chicago. Our service manager Robert, and our sales and customer relations crew, JJ, David and Rita Lopez all arrived today. The manager, Jeff will be there Friday. He stayed back to help man phones today and tomorrow and will be there Friday with bells and whistles blasting. He answered a million calls today but did not impress JJ with sales. I know because he is Me! See you guys Friday. 🤠

Yesterday, Glen told me he was going to be doing one of his “patented” repairs on a Deere 310G brake housing. I wanted to shoot a video but he said he was starting at 6 am. 🤷‍♂️. So he shot the video himself. Some people just always go the extra mile. Glen Hoyt is one such man. Thank you sir!

Our newest employee Jacob showed me a video he shot yesterday, while disassembling an axle for rebuild. He was impressed with the number of interactions on his FB page. I figure a new employee who is that interested in the work should be recognized. He gave me permission to share it here. Keep it up Jacob!

PG203487 844K series 2/3 front diff lock. Yesterday, they realized they needed a special tool to complete this axle, and it was on back order. Today, it passed test and is headed to paint and pallet. If you need an axle, we are the source.
