We are actively looking to add to our shop team. The ideal candidate has electrical experience/knowledge and sharp attention to detail + self motivated. Tools are provided. Electrical Experience is NOT required as additional training is available, but is a plus! Hourly Pay is based on employee skill set and experience. We are not a fiberglass shop, and do not do fiberglass repairs. Work scope includes a mix of electrical troubleshooting, electrical rewiring, and rigging.

It’s been nonstop in the shop and Yamaha SHO’s are in hot demand! We recently did this Yamaha SHO 250 HP repower featuring a Holeshot Performance Props, converting this boat from its existing Mercury Optimax setup. We added in a brand new 4” Setback Bob's Machine Shop jackplate and remounted the Power-Pole Total Boat Control Blade Shallow Water Anchors. This customer will be on the water just in time for this weekends tournament!
