Our pickup rate is impeccable. Our drivers very rarely miss if the glass is out on time and visible. Usually the same driver drives the same route to help with this. All that being said, it is amazing the circumstances we run into. This is one of the reasons our communication channel slows down. Today someone who does not use the service put glass in a customers bin after we had collected the glass, making the customer think we didn’t come by. We went back by and collected the glass but are out an hour and had to send a dedicated truck to TR. This was a new one for us. Beware of glass poachers!

We’re growing and it feels like we’re building the plane after we jumped off the cliff. Today was our first super sack residential community. We also have our new mini pulverized finished. Tomorrow is our first 18 wheeler inbound glass delivery. We’re entering an entirely new phase of growth.
