It's really a natural talent for me. I find it that welding is a form of art which allows me to have a respect and appreciation for each project I'm given. We like to say around here "welding is where science and art come together" and because of that the company and myself included take pride in our craftmanship. We've done projects for: Morning Star (fabrication and repair work), Bay City Boiler
(Fabrication and repair work), HMI, SMI, TWI, Michael David Winery, Gevedon, CalPlant, Henke Industrial, Fillmore Farms, Grief, Newport Paper Plant, Colusa Casino and many more up and down California. One of our big projects we really enjoyed was fabricating an industrial truck was station for a food grade plant and testing it out on launch day. We've done many removals of old boiler systems and installing new ones. Heating and cooling fans for food grade plants. Just recently, Feb of this year (2022) we went from a Sole Prop. to incorporated. We as a company have grown in reputation and revenue by 130.20% each year since 2018. We're very excited and thrilled to see the hard work and dedication paying off. We hope to continue to grow by building our reputation even more and working with all of our valued clients who call us back and all the new prospects we will meet along the way. We see amazing things happening for us. Baxter Welding Fabrication also built an office end of last year. It's our executive and administration team who keep the wheels turning within the company. Our next goal is to build a new fabrication shop (we need a bigger one). We'd like to grow our team so we can be of even more service to our clients.
