Stop asking how it sounds. Turn it up and listen.

This setup is 2-inch headers into a 3-inch Black Widow muffler, dumped to the ground. Loud, raw, exactly how it was meant to be. That’s the point. Build it for the sound you want, not what someone else thinks is right.

AERPRO Update -- Unfortunately, even with what seems like ENDLESS digging, we do not have much good news.

But, I wanted to keep you guys in the loop. As of right now, it has been confirmed that US Customs has 5 containers on "hold" right now. 3 of which contain our Aepro Fascia units.

To the best of our knowledge, these containers have not been inspected yet (goes to show you how many poor bastards have their deliveries "on hold" that they can't even get to inspect them).

The timeline:

April 2nd - Containers arrived in Chicago from California via Train. Keep in mind, these containers were ALREADY "held" and inspected in California AND released.

April 4th - Trucks picked up containers from Chicago yard, to bring them to their final location..Indiana.

Within hours of them being picked up, customs contacted the trucking company and directed them to NOT deliver the packages, but instead that they were being pulled back, for yet ANOTHER inspection. At that point, the containers were dropped/delivered to a Customs yard (I do not know the location). That is where they remain at this point.

What WE are doing about it - Our Position.
Since we FOOLISHLY assumed these would arrive on time, we Pre-Sold 50 units. All but one customer decided to keep their spot in line and not cancel.

So, as of this weekend, we have contacted Aerpro, we plan on buying 50 more units and Air Freighting them over. Hoping to get word back shortly.

To do this, it will cost me us a TON in Tariffs and Shipping, but we will at least be able to get them here to fulfill the 50 pre-orders, than once Customs gets off their Asses.. and the rest come in, we will have 150 units to sell, instead of 100.

When that will be, its obviously up in the air.

I will do my best to keep you all updated with any information pertaining to this.

I am very sorry for this incredibly long, unforeseen delay, we hope to avoid this all-together in the future.

I can usually tell what’s wrong with your G8 before you even pop the hood.

After thousands of DOD kits sold, the pattern is obvious. That stock DOD lifter always ends the same way. Maybe it starts with a tick. Maybe it stays quiet until it doesn’t. But it never fixes itself.

When you’ve seen this many fail, you stop guessing. And five years from now, when your motor’s still quiet, you’ll be glad you handled it early.

GM softened it for comfort. Holden knew it needed more.

The G8 chassis was designed around a tighter, more controlled setup, but the American version got softer rubber to hit a comfort target. The engineers in Australia understood what the weight of this car really demanded.
