Contract to Hire $20-25HR
We are looking for someone who is a true construction admin.
• proficient with quickbooks, but no need to be expert.
• Very important to understand (naming conventions) or industry dialogue for organizing and uploading documents into QB
• Will work directly with our construction project managers, getting the information from them about the project, and translating that info into QB as needed.
• Candidates won’t need the construction knowledge to bid out jobs, but rather work with the project managers to take the bids they have created and turn them into correctly formatted estimates in QB. From there, they will be the one who communicates with the project managers on a daily basis as the jobs move through their phases. This person will be the one who would be sending out the estimates to the customers and receiving the approvals. Taking the approvals and uploading them into QB. Then, communicating to our project managers to let them know what jobs are approved.
• They will follow along the process with the project managers, creating and sending the incremental invoices to the customers as the jobs move along their time line.
• Candidates need to have experience in creating customized reports from QB and understand the functionality of QB.
• Will create spreadsheets. We use Quickbooks as our software platform and the Microsoft 365 suite which links in directly with QB
