Our latest project was one for the books. A small barndominium with a shop. Built a little different. This one was in a subdivision with an HOA that requires a percentage of brick and composition shingles on buildings. So we made that happen. This metal building was transformed in to a small apartment. One bedroom, bathroom, with a full kitchen and living area. And the other half is shop space with 2 overhead doors and storage area. It has a private drive, and the front porch faces the pool and beautiful backyard. Great for parents, adult kids, or a guest house. 🏠
