Since 1968, Southern Devall and Westlake (formerly PPG) have built a partnership rooted in trust, performance, and shared values.

We’re proud to celebrate the completion of the WCAO 2600, a project made possible through the collaboration of Westlake Corporation, Vessel Repair, Southern Devall, and Devall Diesel Services. The vessel features a custom FPT barge power pack supplied by Devall Diesel, helping ensure reliable and efficient operations on America’s waterways.

What makes this partnership especially meaningful is the multi-generational relationships that continue to connect our organizations. Together, we remain committed to safe, dependable barge transportation and the high standards of quality and craftsmanship that have defined our work for decades.

Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing the WCAO 2600 to life. We look forward to many more successful projects together.
