Rolling some 1.25" square tube railing!!

We fabricated these 46" diameter pipe sections to replace one single section that rusted through and started to collapse on this dust collector system. Replacing it in 2 sections will add rigidity and solve the vibration problem that they were having with the old section.

When we need different dies for rolling a certain material, we just make our own! 1.5" pipe dies drawn on our CAM software, program made and loaded into our CNC lathe, keyway broached in our press, then installed on our roller!
