Now is the time for you to consider a winter inspection of your storage system. Racks can be damaged at any time throughout the year, and frequent checks are important against lost product and personnel.

Remember, one bad tap from a forklift on a dented frame can bring down thousands of dollars worth of product in seconds, and seriously injure the lift driver. Don't let that happen.

Instead, call or email A2Z and we will be happy to send one of our trained technicians to your facility and check for dented uprights and other damage to the warehouse/D.C. storage system. We will provide you with a report on the damages and an estimate on the cost to restore your system's integrity.

Then, have us come out every three months to check your system for any future flaws that might occur. This wil help keep your system up and running to the best of its ability for the forseeable future.

to develop Rack Storage Capacity Signage that meets Cal-OSHA requirements.

A2Z will perform the following functions to determine the capacities of your storage system and post them appropriately throughout your Warehouse/D.C.
Site Survey
Measure and Identify all pallet racking/shelving manufacturers (e.g. Hannibal, Interlake, SpaceRak, Twinlode, or Unarco)
Perform "Preliminary" Seismic Calculations
Determine Capacities based on current California Building Code
Create signage
Post signage
Provide "Wet-stamped" RES Report in writing

We will perform all the abobe Reverse Engineering Services for $499 per manufacturer, and create the laminated signs for $24.99 each.
