We’re happy to show off some pictures of the latest design and build project that was completed for for transporting their equipment more efficiently and safely to and from customers! 🌳☀️

Starting with a conversation about their need to cut down load and unload time on their trucks as well as find a more durable solution, DXM designed a completely new solution that met their needs. After building a prototype to validate the function of the device, we produced a batch of complete units for end-use.

Thrilled with the result of this project and looking forward to hearing how they work for Green Meadow!

Working with a customer on some prototype adapter brackets for utilizing domestic OEM components on JDM vehicles. After some design consultation and component tweaks, we CNC plasma cut and bent this part as a test piece. Should work mint! 🏎️⚙️

A local company connected with DXM Design Works looking for support designing and building a fixture to aid their welding process
to guarantee component alignment for better accuracy and repeatability. 🏌️⛳️

After a detailed discussion and several idea iterations, DXM produced a full CAD model of the design, a complete print package, and manufactured all of the components in-house.

There’s too many details to cover on the design considerations for a writeup, we may have to revisit with a hands-on demo!

A customer approached us in search of a solution for a problem they face when utilizing their CAT excavator in the rain. The front screen is tilted back towards the operator, so in rainy conditions the operator and interior of the cab become drenched in water. Typically, OEMs have add-on rain protectors available for their machines, but there are none available for this model. 🚜🚧

DXM took the time to reverse engineer the complex sloping geometry of the cab corners to design and fabricate a solution that worked for the customer. Leveraging 3D printing prototypes to validate the geometry before cutting parts in metal allowed us to get the fitment right on the first try.

A customer reached out to DXM Design Works for a display piece showing off their custom bearings specifically designed for motorsports applications. Working from a napkin sketch, DXM CAD designed, fabricated, finished, painted and delivered the finished product. ⚙️🏁

From concept to reality! This custom license plate mounting bracket for a Ducati Panigale took several 3D printed iterations to get the fitment and aesthetics right, but the billet aluminum result was worth the effort. 🏍️🏁

reached out to DXM Design Works for a bracket for one of their trade booth display pieces—a specially designed sealing interface that is utilized inside a torque tube to prevent fluid migration and contamination in racing applications. 🏎️🏁

DXM produced a design for the stand and then CNC plasma cut, bent, and painted the component entirely in-house. Simplifying the supply chain to allow fast turnarounds at a one-stop-shop is one of the things that sets DXM apart from the competition.

We’re looking forward to seeing this displayed at SEMA!

With the release of new no-compromise products from came the need for an improved assembly process. DXM Design Works evaluated the existing process and leveraged Rotation’s assembly technician feedback to design and manufacture a new fixture system to increase efficiency and throughput.⏳💡
