No other aesthetic mods needed on the daily, I think

Final install for the custom Quad Diode Dynamics SSC2 setup on Logan Plochs Ranger Raptor last week, and Lucas Johnson Visuals was around to snap some pics! These rangers only come with tiny fog lights that are only able to be swapped out with 1x1 aftermarket pods while leaving the obvious real estate in the lower grille unused, so we put fogs where they should have been from the factory. Putting together a kit for this one in the near future, but it requires cutting some of the metal front bumber and cutting holes in the plastic lower grille with a template, Ford had to make sure it wouldnt be too easy to accomplish.

Mazdaspeed3 in the shop today for a seal/bearing/breather refresh on the pivot shaft assembly and installed engine mounts while we were in there

Gotta get in the habit of posting, this is 5 days worth of stuff Ive been up to
1: My current personal project is a roof rack for my GX470, whenever I got into offroading a few years ago I saw these and knew I could design and build one with my skills
2. Finally got my TSX's bent wheels fixed and bumped up tires from 245/40 to 255/35, which fit meatily on my 18x8.5s. And finally swapped in some red powdercoated calipers on the rear
3. Wrapped up the custom quad Diode Dynamics SS2 install on Logans Raptor Ranger! Time to formalize a kit for this one next, but install will not be for the faint of heart
4. Finally got some fresh stickers made to send with kits and got some small samples with the TRD weird auto logo I had Mary whip up

Need to make full posts for all of these before I move on to the next thing 😬

Swapping accessories from the ND1 to ND2 longblock gave me a good chance to check out updates that bumped the Skyactive-G engines output from 158 to 181hp for the new gen Miatas first refresh. Exhaust ports: opened up from 31.8mm to 35.2mm Intake ports: Yes

Stayin too busy to post as often as I should, but always have a few interesting irons in the fire. Have had an ND miata in the garage with a blown motor Ive been in the process of swapping an ND2 skyactiv motor into for a buddy. Getting over the hump with bracket fitment on Diode Dynamics SSC2S going onto a ranger raptor. My work bought a Bambu H2D which is a massive boost for weird auto. Will be moving along design iterations quicker and I can make some plastic parts for kits when its appopriate.

Thank you for the surpising chunk of orders that came in while I was on vacation, hit 125 total orders for weird auto last week since launching April '24!!! Dropping off a pile of boxes at the post office tomorrow morning, thanks for waiting everyone! The vacation hangover has me draggin ass out in the garage every night after the kids get to bed and came back to 50-60 sealed terminals to crimp on wire harnesses 😪
