We have been seeing a recent increase in requests for foundation certifications of manufactured homes. These can be tricky sometimes, and we feel that collaboration between engineers and lenders would be a great tool for all parties involved. That said, we would like to host a round-table discussion with some of our lender friends. Would any of you be interested in attending? We will cover the food and drinks when and wherever we decide to do it, and Dan Drury will run the meeting. Please comment if you would like to be involved.

J. Neff Inspections & Consulting, LLC had us down to John’s old stomping grounds for a sewer inspection today. On our way out of town we passed by Outside the Box coffee shop and decided to stop in for a dose of caffeine. Turns out, they also make hot sandwiches. So, we stayed for lunch.

If you are ever in St. Clair you should drop in for a visit.
