Forks get all the attention, but your fork rails are doing just as much work behind the scenes.

Choosing the right rail is all about safety, load capacity, and keeping your forklift running the way it should.

Here’s a quick breakdown:
• Class 2 → up to 5,500 lbs (warehouse, retail, light manufacturing)
• Class 3 → up to 11,000 lbs (yards, steel, construction)
• Class 4 → heavy-duty, oversized loads

A few things to keep in mind:
• Rails are class-specific: no mixing and matching.
• Spacing matters (16”, 20”, 25”).
• Top rails lock forks in, bottom rails support the load.

It’s a small component that makes a big difference in performance and safety.
