Our Mullein Honey Syrup is homemade one batch at a time on our family’s farm. We use wild-crafted Mullein, local raw honey, fine brandy then mix in cinnamon, ginger, pine needle, rose hips and lemon to make a nutritious syrup. We use only good clean spring water. We don’t use extensive boiling that would kill all the good nutrients. Some people say it “tastes like spring".

Ginger - has active ingredients called gingerols. Ginger has Vitamin B3, B6, Riboflavin, Vitamin C, Iron, Phosphorus, Potassium Niacinthe , Magnesium, Folate and Zinc.

Lemon - is a storehouse of vitamin C also enriched with Vitamin B6, copper, potassium, magnesium, zinc, flavonoids, antioxidants and phosphorus. It is low in calories and fat. Vitamin C present in the lemon also helps in the process of iron absorption in the body.
Pine Needle - contains a compound called alpha- or beta-pinene, which is a natural decongestant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antimicrobial, and anxiolytic. When ingested, pine can be used to treat colds and coughs, reducing phlegm and helping with sinus infections.
Rose Hip - are rich in antioxidants. Rosehips are well known to have the highest vitamin C content among horticultural crops, fruits, and vegetables. Rose hips contain 50% more vitamin C than oranges. Rose hips have been found to contain appreciable amounts of various bioactive compounds, such as carotenoids, amino acids, essential oil, folate and polyunsaturated fatty acids.
