pproved meaning we're all held to the same standards in terms of response times.
5. We DO NOT subcontract our work. ADT and Xfinity send out the "first available" subcontractor to work in your home.
6. We choose which products, manufacturer's & services we think are best for your home or business. Xfinity and ADT use proprietary equipment so even if their product isn't the best fit, they have to sell it anyway.

40 years ago, our founder Gary Renn had an idea to make homes across Northeast Philadelphia safer with a hardwired burglar alarm system. 40 years and two offices later, we secure 1,000,000 sq ft warehouses, schools across Philadelphia, and some of those same northeast homes we were in all that time ago.

Sometimes we schedule installations a month in advance to accommodate our customers. This week we had a customer who was looking to schedule well in advance. 6 cameras run through an attic. 2 men. Easy work. That is until a record setting week of heat reared its ugly head. Our technicians worked smart, and were EFFICIENT to get wires run in the morning and get out of the attic space before it got too hot! Another job well done by our technicians who make Omega what we are.
