Customer had taken their mower to a well known dealer multiple times for a rough running condition. Each time they failed to fix the issue properly. The engine was equipped with a smart electronic choke. This was the issue, the choke wasn’t working correctly. We installed a retrofit kit that replaced the carburetor with a manual choke, wiring harness, governor speed controls, and oil pressure sensor. The wiring harness had to be modified to connect to the voltage regulator properly. Pictured are the parts that were removed and replaced. You’ve tried the rest, now bring it to the best. Even the best maintained equipment can have break downs. Today while bush hogging for a customer our tractor just shut off. After some diagnosis the engine run fuse was blown. We found the seat safety switch wiring was rubbing in the frame and had a bad wire. Repaired the wiring and replaced the fuse and was good until break down number two. The battery decided it was done. Thankfully we use the service truck to haul the tractor and had not only the tools for the first repair but the jump pack to start the tractor to finish bush hogging and load the tractor back on the trailer.

Teaching the next generation. Meet our apprentice Mylee. Today we put belts on one truck, on another truck we replaced the water pump, thermostat, fan clutch and serviced it. We cleaned a tiller carburetor, diagnosed why it will not run, and finally serviced a zero turn mower.
