A proper warm-up isn’t just light sets — it’s intentional prep.
If your main lift is the bench press, your warm-up should hit 4 key areas: ✔️ Triceps
✔️ Upper back
✔️ Shoulders
✔️ The bench press itself
Run them circuit-style: ➡️ 25 reps each
➡️ No rest between movements
➡️ 2–3 rounds total
This: • Raises core temperature
• Activates prime movers
• Protects shoulders & elbows
• Improves bar speed on your work sets

If your goal is fat loss, strength training should be your foundation—not endless intense cardio.
🔥 Lifting weights builds muscle, and muscle raises your metabolism, helping you burn more calories all day, not just during the workout.
🏃‍♂️ Hard cardio burns calories in the moment, but too much can lead to muscle loss and burnout—making fat loss harder long term.
The real key? A calorie deficit.
