CNC Solid is the CNC routing and laser division of Initial Sound, LLC, a working shop between Green Bay, Appleton and Oshkosh. Since 2009 we've cut and engraved parts for businesses, makers and inventors on two large-format CNC routers (48" x 96" bed) and two CO2 lasers, with SolidWorks design in-house. CNC routing, plastics machining (HDPE, acrylic, ABS), laser cutting and engraving including two-color industrial tags, prototypes and production runs, 5 pieces or 500. Quotes usually within 24 hours. Our own brands, cut on the same machines: Initial Sound guitar bridges (initialsound.com) and Kimberly Ann Creations ring dishes (kimberlyanncreations.com).
