Introducing InspeX™ Inspection Technologies — the newest brand from Proc-X Manufacturing Group.

Manufacturers need more than production speed. They need confidence that every product leaving the line meets expectations for quality, weight, and product integrity.

That is why we developed InspeX™ — our American-made line of metal detection, dynamic checkweighing, and integrated inspection systems for food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, packaging, and industrial applications.

The InspeX portfolio includes:

•Conveyor metal detectors

•High-sensitivity metal detection systems

•Pipeline metal detectors for liquids, sauces, pastes, and slurries

•Metal detection for aluminum foil-packaged products

•Combination metal detector + checkweigher systems

•Pusher, flap, and air-blast reject systems

•Touchscreen HMI controls, recipe memory, and production data recording

From standalone inspection equipment to fully integrated production-line solutions, InspeX is designed around one objective:

Detect. Verify. Reject. Protect.

And because InspeX is engineered by Proc-X Manufacturing Group, we can look beyond the inspection machine itself and help integrate inspection into the complete manufacturing process — from processing and conveying through packaging and final quality control.

Need to mill under dry air or nitrogen? The feeder and hopper design matters just as much as the mill.

Proc-X Manufacturing Group offers engineered feeder and hopper configurations designed to support nitrogen-inert and low-oxygen processing environments.

Depending on the application, available configurations can include:

• Sealed feed hoppers with nitrogen blanketing
• Nitrogen-compatible rotary airlock feeders
• Enclosed screw feeders with purge connections
• Loss-in-weight feeders for precise dosing
• Low-positive-pressure hoppers
• Oxygen monitoring with interlocked nitrogen control
• Isolation valves and advanced shaft-sealing systems
• Explosion-protected feeder assemblies
• Fully enclosed hopper, airlock, and screw-feeder systems
• Conveying hoppers with nitrogen purge and controlled venting

These systems can help reduce oxygen ingress, protect moisture-sensitive materials, improve product containment, and support safer processing of reactive or combustible powders.

Every application is different. Nitrogen pressure, oxygen concentration, material characteristics, feed rate, venting requirements, and the overall process hazard analysis must all be considered when selecting the correct configuration.

Proc-X engineers complete milling and material-handling systems around the process—not just individual pieces of equipment.

Custom-engineered. Process-specific. Built for safe and reliable operation.

Creatine Is More Than an Ingredient—It’s a Powder-Engineering Challenge.

Producing a premium creatine product requires more than simply adding powder to a blender. Particle-size distribution, agglomeration, heat generation, blend uniformity, flowability, and moisture exposure can all affect how the finished product processes, packages, and performs for the consumer.

Proc-X brings two specialized technologies together:

⚙️ DP Mills — Precision Milling

Our milling systems can reduce creatine to a tightly controlled particle-size distribution while limiting unnecessary heat generation. Proper size reduction can improve dispersibility and dissolution rate while supporting a smoother finished product.

🔄 QuantumX — Homogeneous Mixing

After milling, QuantumX mixers uniformly distribute creatine with ingredients such as amino acids, electrolytes, flavors, sweeteners, vitamins, and functional additives. The system is engineered to minimize segregation and deliver repeatable composition from the beginning of the batch to the end.

An integrated creatine processing system can provide:

• Controlled and repeatable particle size
• Effective deagglomeration
• Uniform distribution of minor ingredients
• Improved flow into filling and packaging equipment
• Reduced dust and product loss
• Automated recipes and batch records
• Hygienic, easy-to-clean product-contact construction
• Scalable configurations from development through full production

The objective is not simply to create a finer powder.

It is to produce a consistent powder—batch after batch, package after package.

Whether you manufacture pure creatine monohydrate, micronized creatine, pre-workout products, hydration formulas, or custom sports-nutrition blends, Proc-X can engineer the complete milling, mixing, transfer, and packaging solution.

Let’s build a better creatine process.

A mixer shouldn’t simply run on a timer. It should understand what is happening inside the batch.

When sterilizing and instantizing powders, no single measurement tells the complete story. That is why QuantumX systems can combine three live process signals:

• Torque measures changes in product resistance, flow behavior and agglomeration as moisture is introduced and distributed.

• Load cells track the changing batch weight, allowing the control system to calculate how much water has evaporated.

• An exhaust humidity sensor—or humistat—confirms the rate at which moisture is leaving the process.

The PLC/HMI evaluates these signals together—not merely as individual readings, but as trends, rates of change and relationships to the validated recipe.

As the batch progresses, it develops a recognizable process signature. The system can determine when conditioning is complete, monitor evaporation, identify the approach to the target moisture level and automatically transition to the next stage.

The result:

• More consistent final moisture
• Better powder instantization
• Reduced energy consumption
• Less overprocessing
• Repeatable batch-to-batch performance
• Greater operator confidence

Sterilization lethality must still be validated through product temperature and holding time. But when thermal data is combined with torque, weight loss and exhaust humidity, the PLC gains a far more complete understanding of what is happening inside the mixer.

Better powder processing is not just about powerful equipment.

It is about knowing exactly where the batch is—and knowing when it is finished.
