We’re Hiring: Fleet Mechanic

DEL Corporation is looking for a skilled and motivated Fleet Mechanic to join our team! If you enjoy working on trucks, heavy equipment, and solving mechanical challenges, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair fleet vehicles and heavy equipment
• Work on gasoline, diesel, and propane engines
• Maintain hydraulic, electrical, fuel, and cooling systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Assist with fabrication and welding as needed
• Help keep our fleet running safely and efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years experience with medium/heavy-duty vehicles
• High school diploma or GED (Tech School preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

We are hiring an Entry-Level Shop Hand to help in our material processing shop. If you enjoy working with your hands, operating equipment, and being around heavy industrial machinery, this could be a great opportunity.
No experience required — we will train the right person.
What you'll be doing:
• Moving and staging steel and materials
• Assisting with overhead crane operations
• Helping operate shop equipment (saws, grinders, etc.)
• Supporting the fabrication team
• Keeping the shop organized and running smoothly

**NOW HIRING** Diesel Mechanic– DEL Corporation is looking for a self-motivated individual who has the ability to diagnose and repair with little or no supervision; all types of brake systems, electrical wiring, wheel bearings, suspension systems, charging and starting systems & wheel seals as well as performing preventive maintenance on equipment such as: Gradall I Caterpillar telehandlers, grove rough terrain cranes, portable air compressors, scissor lifts and Ford F150 and F250 pickup trucks. We also have a fleet of side by sides and golf carts to maintain such as; Polaris, Kawasaki, EZ-GO, Club Car and John Deere.

Applicant must have:

• Valid LA driver license

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 5 years of truck / trailer or forklift experience

• Proficiency in the use of shop tools/ equipment

• Own hand tools and toolbox

• Reliable transportation
