Impressive what some ABS can do 👀
We ripped out the torn-up kick wall rubber, repaired and welded all the damaged aluminum on the kick walls, back doors and dividers then finished it off with fresh new ABS panels 🔥
This trailer went from beat up to cleaned up and ready for many more miles (and a few more kickers 🐴😂)

I bought this trailer 5 months ago from the original owner whom is a great friend and customer who took great pride in her trailers.
My grand plan was to turn it into the ultimate smaller toy hauler… turns out I already have a toy hauler that’s to big and more toys than common sense, so here we are.

Originally purchased in Phoenix, AZ, and I’ve have all the original paperwork from the original sale.

This trailer is as they say

“true barn find”

and NOT one of those quick flips, fresh paint unknown of the true service performed as the photos show all the work completed and I have many more to share. The only thing the original owner ever replaced was the LQ living door.

• Fresh water tank upgraded from 14 → 49 gallons (because 14 gallons is basically a long sneeze)

• Floor redone the RIGHT way—no peel & stick nonsense as I prepped and sanded the entire LQ floor then rolled MBP primer then installed Rigid Core vinyl plank flooring with Welwood contact adhesive underneath
• Subbed out the experience of a professional interior painter for the LQ
• Pantry storage shelving with OEM auto off/on light
• Blackout thermal window coverings (sleep like a vampire after a long hard show)
• Maxx Fan in bathroom (goodbye regrets, goodbye smells)
• New shower setup, shower head and hose
• Professionally cleaned upholstery, carpet, and ceiling by Zero Rez
• Fold-down table and real wood folding chairs to throw up on the bed during transport

This week I repaired damaged suspension equalizers and hangers to get this trailer back on the road — stronger, safer, and built to last. 🔥

Another couple trailers back on the road and safer than ever! 🔧🚛

On the small trailer, I cut off the damaged A-frame coupler and welded on a brand-new coupler so it’s solid and ready to tow again.

On the bigger trailer — a heavy-duty flatbed — I cut off the old suspension hangers, welded on new hangers, and installed new suspension equalizers and hardware. That means smoother hauling and a lot more reliability.
