Special project today on Balboa Island. Architect John Lautner's "Rawlins House" is one of the most distinguishable landmark residences of Balboa Island. Affectionately viewed as the Island's modern gem.
This residence is all plexiglass and acrylic windows. Special care needs to be taken to assure there is no sand, or other debris, on the windows that could easily cause scratches.

Great day servicing a beautiful estate in Leucadia today. Leucadia is definitely outside my service area. However, a very nice celebrity client really wanted to continue using PacifiClear Window Cleaning.
