Jefferson Bank Tower

Located on 1900 Broadway Street, the Jefferson Bank Tower is a mixed-use development that consists of 10 stories, 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail; an internal, four-story parking garage; and seven stories of office space, totaling 185,000 square feet. KFW offered an array of services to assist in the creation of this tower, including schematic design, civil plan preparation, 2D hydraulic analysis, and sidewalk inspection.

Fun fact: The building will serve as Jefferson Bank's new headquarters, moving from their main offices located at North Loop 410 to the Pearl area.
