Have you met the Wätjen family yet? Caroline, Juliane, Isabelle - daughters of Claus Wätjen, our affable, highly skilled German distributor.
Many of you have met him before, probably during the Intertraffic. Usually on a crowdy and noisy boat on the Amsterdam canals where he came to receive his umpteenth award.
Claus was the driving force behind Atlantex. His company was a specialist “avant la lettre” in impact absorbing industrial safety systems and our partner for many years. Claus understood the Slowstop products like no other. Under his advice, dozens of large German companies such as MAN, Deutsche Bahn, Johnson & Johnson, Airbus, Schenker, secured their loading bays, machines, conveyors, gas station with Slowstop bollards, fences and flex rail systems.
Claus, who has already exceeded 70 years of age few years ago, has now officially left his company to his daughters. The past months have undoubtedly been an “industrial shock” for Isabelle, Juliane Wätjen and Caroline Kramer. All three have had to learn a lot about impact forces, anchors and pull out forces, bollards and fences, etc... But thanks to the support of the entire Slowstop team and the Wätjen’s sisters typical perseverance they now have all the knowledge to write this new Atlantex-Slowstop chapter.

The Basque company Sellex provided a colorful and comfortable furnishing of the office, waiting room and meeting room.
From our Belgian warehouse we ship Slowstop products to all EU countries, Israel, Japan and Taiwan. And all this under the leadership of logistics manager Kristel Wolters
