April's Lunch & Learn brought together great food, hands-on learning, and even better conversation.

With 20 attendees in the room, guests had the opportunity to experience a live Rational demo and enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by the Rational team. We also heard from Southwest Wholesale on Hoshizaki products and explored solutions designed to support real-world kitchen operations.

Thank you to Central Texas School Food Service Directors Association, RATIONAL AG, Commercial Kitchen Parts & Service, Hoshizaki America and Southwest Wholesale for collaborating with us and helping make the event a success. We always appreciate the opportunity to learn, connect, and bring the foodservice community together. ❤️

🦞 Our Crawfish Extravaganza was one for the books!

The afternoon was filled with great food, cold drinks, live music, friendly competition at the co****le tournament, exciting door prizes, and plenty of time to connect with customers, partners, and friends.
