attended the Bexar County Meet the Project Managers. It was ok, but could have used more project managers and more SWMBE Contractors. Just an opinion-just my opinion. Still; not a bad day, signed 3 new members, it was Friday and we called it a day at 3pm.

thinks this new SBEDA Ordinance needs more bite. We need to make sure we level the playing fields for all minority contractors. We need to make it about capabilities and abilities and NOT ABOUT WHO YOU KNOW TO GET THE JOB.

assisted three of its' newest members today - one on one appointments with the CMR. They were very appreciative for the assistance and hand-holding. One was extremely intimidated; the other just needed reassurance as to what they said and the third just likes my company...
