🏁 A Tribute to Salt Lake City’s Racing Spirit!
The historic building at 323 Hope Avenue — co-owned by Jerry Seiner Dealerships and Price Real Estate — just got a vibrant new look thanks to artist Trevor Dahl and his project, Good Happy Stuff.
🎨 Supported by a grant from the Salt Lake City Arts Council, this mural is part of the Ballpark District and 3rd West Corridor Revitalization Project, celebrating the area’s rich history and creative future.
Once home to race car builders and a racers’ lounge in the 1930s, this space has long been tied to speed, innovation, and community. Trevor’s design pays homage to that heritage — capturing the mythology of racing in Salt Lake City through bold color, symbolism, and optimism.
As Trevor says, his goal is to “spread optimism and create mythology for the city.” 🚗✨
