Full Job Description

B & M Precision is looking for an experienced groundskeeper. This person is responsible for maintaining peak appearance of the property exterior at all times.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for making sure the grounds look immaculate at all times.
Assist the maintenance department at all times.
Performs extensive in-house landscape and gardening duties such as mowing, edging, trimming, sweeping, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, planting, etc.
Performs landscape maintenance and irrigation system repair and watering of lawn and landscape areas so that landscape areas are tidy, trimmed and properly watered.

Requirements:

Must be able to pass background & drug screen.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must speak and write English.
Previous groundskeeper/landscaping experience.

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

1st shift Monday - Friday 7:30 am- 4 pm

$13.00 hour

Job Description

Perform daily routine Custodial/Janitorial tasks in one or more buildings which include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing restrooms, removing trash from buildings to outside dumpsters, and perform other duties as assigned
Perform intermediate to advanced tasks in floor care, maintenance and deep cleaning tasks

Maintain custodial/janitor equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition and ensure proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals
Good communication skills, comprehension skills, and interaction with others

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Ability to work and provide support in a variety of custodial assignments in all types of administrative offices and machine shops. I Including inside and outside of buildings while following all health and safety regulations.
Flexibility and willingness to accept change of assignment, work effectively in a team environment, start times, shift and/or additional duties, and the ability to work overtime, shift, or weekends to accomplish goals.

Physical Demands

The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching or similar activities, and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted
