Another full well system upgrade in the books 💧

For this project we dug in new well lines, pulled the existing pump, and upgraded the entire water system with a VFD for smooth, constant pressure.

We also installed a complete water treatment setup including:
• Water softener
• UV disinfection
• Sediment filtration

From excavation and underground piping to pump work and final filtration, we handled the entire project from the well to the house.

This well camera footage shows exactly what was causing a customer’s sediment problem.

On pump startup, you can see the pump and drop pipe shifting around inside the well. The torque arrestors had not been installed properly, allowing too much movement every time the pump kicked on. That movement was disturbing sediment in the well and sending it into the customer’s water system.

We pulled the pump, corrected the installation, and properly installed the torque arrestors to stabilize the pump and piping.

After the repair, the excessive movement was eliminated and the sediment issue cleared up.

Sometimes dirty well water isn’t a filtration problem — it’s a problem happening hundreds of feet below the surface.

Another holding tank system in the books! This is our second low-production well holding tank installation in the last two weeks, and it’s a great example of how the right system can turn an unreliable well into a dependable water supply.

For this customer, we installed:
💧 Dual holding tanks for water storage
💧 A sediment filter to protect the system from sand and debris
💧 UV disinfection to ensure safe, clean water after storage
💧 A full bypass system, allowing the customer to switch between running directly off the well or off the holding tanks whenever needed.

Another clean water system install wrapped up.

For this project, we installed a holding tank system inside the garage along with a water softener, arsenic filter, and UV disinfection system to give this customer a more reliable water supply and better overall water quality.

This system is designed to run primarily off the holding tanks, with the option to switch back over and run directly off the well if needed. That gives the homeowner dependable stored water for everyday use while still keeping the flexibility to use the well as a pressurized source when the situation calls for it.

This setup gives them:
• reliable water storage for a low-producing well
• softer water throughout the home
• arsenic treatment for safer water
• UV disinfection for an added layer of protection
• the flexibility to run off the holding tanks or switch back to the well when needed

Tired of sand plugging up your plumbing, fixtures, and appliances?

This customer had been dealing with excessive sand coming from their well, so we started by pulling the pump to make sure we addressed the root cause—not just the symptoms.

While the pump was out, we installed new torque arrestors to ensure the drop pipe wasn’t rubbing against the casing and contributing to the problem. Once we confirmed the poly pipe wasn’t the culprit, we installed a high-capacity sediment filter to capture the remaining sand before it reaches the home’s plumbing.

A sediment filter won’t stop a well from producing sand, but it does protect pressure tanks, water heaters, fixtures, irrigation systems, and household appliances from costly damage while giving the homeowner much cleaner water.

Clean water upgrade 💧⚡️

Just wrapped up installing a Triple O ozone injection system on this holding tank setup — paired with an internal recirculation system running through a pleated filter.

This setup doesn’t just treat the water once… it continuously works it.

The ozone is injected into the tank to oxidize iron, eliminate sulfur odors, and control bacteria. Then the system circulates that water through a pleated filter inside the tank, helping physically remove the oxidized contaminants and sediment.

Before ➡️ After – Pump Room Rebuild

This one needed some attention.

The original setup had limited access, older plumbing, and a pressure tank that was no longer doing its job. Not much room to service anything without cutting lines or fighting the layout.

We went through and:
• Replumbed the entire pump room for clean layout and easy serviceability
• Installed a new pressure tank
• Added proper isolation points so future work can be done without tearing everything apart
• Cleaned up the system to make it more reliable and easier to maintain

Now everything is laid out the way it should be—simple, accessible, and built to last.
