One of our most popular options for new Tread units is on-site commissioning. Once your new equipment is in the hands of your operators, Tread sends an experienced field service technician to observe, train, and assist the crew on operation of the unit before, during, and after it's first job on the bench. And for additional blasts if needed.

While all systems are thoroughly checked and wet-tested at Tread before shipment, this allows us to verify complete operation in the field, and quickly correct any small issues before they can become big problems. This also allows us to answer questions and train your operators on best practices for unit operation, safety, and efficiency.

Talk about a great example of Tread’s ability to adapt to the customers' needs!

Typically, Tread units are powered by the chassis they are mounted onto. Our customer needed their new fleet of Unibody Pumpers to function as standalone units, independent of the chassis or trailer on which they are placed. So we made it happen.
