I have quite a few plastic 55 gallon drums from spent coolant at our CNC shop in Richfield NC. I also have 2 massive pallets that a few of the machines we bought came attached to. The pallets will require a trailer!!! I will not hold for anyone. Do not ask questions, I will not respond. Items are available for pickup anytime Monday thru Friday between 8am and 3pm ONLY!!!! I will not deliver or ship.
Items can be picked up at 111 3rd park Drive, Richfield NC 28137.
Must pickup. Can help load pallets

Lathe Programmer/ Machinist wanted:

MUST BE ABLE TO PROGRAM AND SETUP CNC LATHES!!! ALL OTHERS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AND ARE ENCOURAGED NOT TO APPLY!! Other resposibilities include, calling up existing programs, modifying existing programs and support required documentation of changes. *Good working knowledge of tooling and tool holders *Able to read and interpret drawings and process documents (job travelers, engineering routes, and work Instructions), and from these documents be able to: *Determine the sequence of operations for part manufacturing to realize compliant parts. *Apply scheduled and unscheduled part/process inspections with supporting documentation *Set up and/or modify machine set-up including various work-holding solutions *Troubleshoot machining process and parameters to ensure efficient and compliant part manufacturing. Required Experience: *Minimum 2 years of CNC lathe/mill operations, setup, and programming *Has Proficient Knowledge and Capability of Measuring Tools & Devices: Micrometers, Calipers, Gages, Optical Comparators, etc. and use relevant gauging for ensuring part compliance to specifications *Has Proficient Knowledge of and Capability G, D, & T: *Able to devise measurement solutions and use relevant gauging for ensuring part compliance to specifications.

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

The month of May brought the biggest sales Month EVER for Magna Machining. We celebrated with a catered event BY Big Boyz Catering and some fun in the sun for the entire TEAM!! Zack was the overtime King, so he gets the extra bump.
