This 60’ x 40’ x 10’ office attached to a 60’ x 80’ x 17’ warehouse in West Lafayette, Indiana, provided the customer with a practical setup for daily operations and equipment storage. 💡

The office portion features an 8’ porch with a gable truss, cedar columns, an aluminum soffit, and Versetta Stone wainscot, creating a polished appearance. Meanwhile, the warehouse side was designed for efficiency with (4) 14’ x 14’ overhead door frame-outs, 36” steel wainscot, and an interior liner package. 🛠️

Additional features include (9) 3’ x 4’ single-hung vinyl windows, vertical fire blocking materials, and office space prepped for drywall.
