Very exciting video with a special guest star 😉

This is one of my neighbors home and her upstairs area gets unreasonably warm due to poorly installed old school pink R-13 insulation in her attic. Not to mention said insulation was saturated in old rat whiz and smelled ungodly.

We used the products and there was a very noticeable difference in temp during our two day install regarding the interior ambient temps. Id expect she’ll see a 10-15 degree temp drop in the upstairs bedrooms 👍🏼

Problem solving at its finest. Client wanted more storage space and a larger capacity washer dryer set up. I came up with a new way to utilize the space with more storage in the process. Once the old washer/dryer cameout we had enough space under the honed quartzite stone to install an 18” triple drawer cabinet and an 80” tall cleaning supply pantry. Now that corner isnt a gathering spot for brooms and mops out in the open and the countertops are bare since the laundry supplies are stored out of sight.

This client had a chalkenging situation with another contractor whom took months to complete a bathroom of similar size to this so we took it as a challenge to complete this bathroom in less than a 1/4 of that time with no compromise in quality. Just a hair over two weeks start to finish and we also tackled some dryrot subfloor and sheetrock issues within that time frame. They were pleased with the outcome, as are we.

Love it when a plan comes together. 🫡

From early 90s chic to a more timeless update with expanded water views. This condo transformation genuinely upped the ante for this space. Very proud of this one! Thanks C&J for trusting us to makeover your space.

Not shown in this video we also added canlights throughout the living room, pulled out an old ugly firebox and mantle and replaced it with an electric fireplace. Skimmed all the walls/ceilings to level 5 and got a couple coats of fresh paint on the walls. Changed out the foyer and laundry room tile to matching engineered wood, changed out a vanity, swapped out the sliding closet doors and quite a few other small tasks.

Fluro grid lighting from 1978 is not the look any of us want is it? No. So what we’ve done here is a Memorial Day weekend remodel. Client went to Tahoe and when she comes back home, BOOM! All new look in the kitchen.

We removed the metal grid and fluorescent lighting units, framed in a new ceiling section, matched texture, primed, painted and installed 4 new LED recessed lights.

This fan wobble wobbles because the child who loves in the room would hand onto one of the blades and spin around the room eventually unbalancing the apparatus to the point of catastrophe failure. This was lite work! 💪
