Chases Warriors Foundation was created to help make a difference in the lives of children who have special challenges. We provide adaptive equipment to let them get out and be kids.

Noah has a love for hockey, and being out on the ice with his teammates is something that brings him so much joy.
With the help of his adaptive hockey sled, Noah has been able to continue doing what he loves while growing both on and off the ice. His sled has given him the opportunity to build his skills, gain confidence, and be part of a team that means so much to him.
Last May, Noah and his team took 2nd place at the Sled Hockey National Tournament, an incredible accomplishment and a moment his family will never forget.
More than anything, Noah's story is a reminder that adaptive equipment is about so much more than the equipment itself. It's about creating opportunities, building friendships, making memories, and giving kids the chance to do what they love.

Meet Jordan-Jordan loves being outside. Whether it's going for a stroll, feeling the wind on her face, or joining her family on a run, those moments bring her so much joy.
With her adaptive stroller, Jordan can comfortably and safely enjoy the activities she loves most. It allows her to take part in family walks, races, bike rides, beach trips, and outdoor adventures with her little brother. More than anything, it helps her stay included, make memories with her family, and continue sharing in the adventures and moments that bring her joy.

Sometimes the smallest moments -feeling the breeze, exploring a new trail, or crossing a finish line together….. mean the most!😊

Madeline is a joyful and determined girl who loves being outside, exploring, and sharing moments with her family. Before, mobility challenges made it harder for her to fully take part in everyday activities. Now, Madeline has a Levity gait trainer that supports her where she needs it most. It allows her to move more freely, explore her surroundings, and join in on the moments that make childhood so special. From neighborhood walks and nature adventures to apple picking, pumpkin patches, and even ballet lessons, Madeline can be part of it all. Whether she’s stomping leaves, laughing with her sister, or discovering something new, she is experiencing the joy every child deserves. With increased independence and confidence, Madeline can focus on what she loves most playing, exploring, and just being a kid! 😊

Josephine is a strong and joyful girl who deserves to be comfortable, supported, and included in everyday moments. She faced challenges with positioning and seating that made it difficult to fully take part in daily activities.

Now Josephine has a seating option that truly fits her size, her age, and her needs. For the first time, she can sit upright with full support, helping her safely engage in everyday moments and spend more time connected with those around her. With improved comfort and stability, Josephine can focus on what matters most: being present, sharing moments, and just being a kid!😊
