It’s about time to start figuring this out instead of breaking my back 100 hours a week….. so.
Trying to add another welder to the roster. Looking for some AWS D1.1 & D1.2 certified to come run their hand at a NOMMA grade handrail fab test. These will all get tolerance checked and strict visual inspection. All MiG or all TIG depending on previous welding experience. [MUST SUBMIT RECENT CERTS OR PROOF OF WORK BEFORE SCHEDULING TEST] Also looking for 1-2 of the same for part time work.
Could add 1 laborer position if you can pass the ruler test. (lol for real though)
