There should be a star rating system for extraordinary, not just an excellent, experience. I would give Todd's Auto and RV Svc an ALL STAR 10!!
I just acquired a used class A motor home and realized I needed to tow a vehicle. Not only did Todd find a vehicle for me and fix it up, but he personally drove to Salem for a part that was delayed in getting to Portland.
Vlad and Todd are clearly experts at their craft! The bonus is that they are both very personable, kind, and genuinely interested in providing the best solutions for your needs. To round out the awesome team is Tiffany who runs the office and is very patient, professional and helpful no matter how many times you call during the day.
As an almost 70 year old woman taking off on a dream adventure, I cannot write enough positive statements about my experiences with Todd and his team. I am leaving this morning towing a jeep behind my motor home with the utmost confidence in the operation and safety of the towing system. When I went to pick up the RV and jeep yesterday, Todd spent 90 minutes with me, patiently walking me through each of the steps to attach and detach the jeep from the RV. He ensured I was comfortable with the entire process on my own. It was fairly easy and doable for a woman my age!!
